When will my order be completed?

Please allow us 7-10 business days to package and send out your order.

What if I purchased faster shipping? 

Upgraded shipping is for USPS to process your package faster! We will still be completing your order within 7-10 business days.

How do I check the status of my order? 

Once you complete your transaction, you will be receiving an email with a receipt and your order number. Once your order is completed, an additional email will be sent with the tracking number! If you have any questions, feel free to email us!

I got an email that my order was completed but I can't find a tracking number?

Most sticker orders will be sent in an envelope with first class mail which unfortunately does not have any tracking on it. Please allow 10 working days for USPS to deliver the envelope. 

Can I cancel my order?

I will accept cancellations as long as the package has not been shipped.

Are your stickers weatherproof?

All of our stickers are 100% waterproof, with the exception of our sticker sheets!

My order is marked as delivered but I still haven't received it. What should I do?

For some reason USPS has been marking some of orders as "delivered" but then don't actually deliver it until a few days later :( Please wait at least 4 business days to see if they deliver anything. If not, please feel free to contact me so we can resolve the issue together!
